Papa Zen is a DJ, music producer, and sound designer, born and raised in Toronto. A graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University’s Media Production program, he interned at CHUM 104.5 and now works as the social media content creator for the station’s afternoon show with Josie & Jamar. He has also worked as the lead sound designer on multiple films and radio productions.

In the music world, his YouTube mix series, Ethereal Breaks, has amassed over 3 million views. He has solidified his place as a prodigy in Toronto’s Jungle/Drum and Bass scene. This success led to his first international show in Europe in the summer of 2024. Papa Zen continues to captivate audiences worldwide with his signature blend of atmospheric and nostalgic sounds.
